Preview asciidoctor diagrams #18

It would be very nice to be able to preview asciidoctor diagrams as you type. That's the only missing piece that I'd love to see added.

This feature relates to asciidoctor/asciidoctor-chrome-extension#79. All the tooling based on Asciidoctor.js have the same requirement, so it's best to handle this upstream.
