For example:

becomes:

Before installing RedHatJBossWebServer on RedHat EnterpriseLinux, ensure the following prerequisites are met.

Looks like the &nbsp; entity is not being handled. It should be replaced with {nbsp} I think.

It looks like only a handful of numeric entities are being replaced, but no named entities.
