Support Bitbucket and GitLab #20

Have a look at both repos and snippets and see what could be supported.

Both require authorization to use their API, so it won't work unless we add a server part of DocGist. As DocGist can do so much without a backend, I see no reason to create one at the moment.

That's too bad. It's really unfortunate that neither of these allow public access to their API, esp GitLab. Win for GitHub.
