Support Riseup pads #6

:+1: I used riseup for the first time during Community Leadership Summit. Instinctively, I wanted to type in AsciiDoc, but I had no easy way to preview & share the result...until now. Awesome!

RIght, and when this change has been pushed to gh-pages, the URLs will be shorter, and most of all, the Page Source button will go to the pad itself, not to the exported text file. Just waiting for a RC that doesn't break asciidoctor.js !

Excellent! I'll have a new RC out tonight. We've got CI between Asciidoctor core and Asciidoctor.js now thanks to @anthonny.

1.5.0.rc.4 is release and should work just fine now.
