Add ASCIIToSVG support? #371

Hello

Thanks for the work that goes into Asciidoc Docker Container.

We are using ASCIIToSVG. Would you consider a PR that includes the building of a2s in the Dockerfile so the binary is available within the container. I'd be happy to put up a PR.

That look a good idea as the project is under the Asciidoctor umbrella and looks really light.
