This fixes https://github.com/asciimath/asciimathml/issues/96 using "much greater than" and "much lower than" unicode characters

Any reason this hasn't been merged yet? Would be quite useful and I see no drawbacks.

To be honest, I just forgot. I don't have reason to come to this repo often.
