Remove asciinema.org specifics #369

This one removes all the asciinema.org ("dotorg") specific pages and code.

The customizations made specifically for dotorg don't make much sense when running your own asciinema-server instance (like ToS, privacy policy, intro-flavoured homepage). This PR makes the mainline code more generic, and self-hosting friendly, and I'll maintain dotorg specific customizations on dotorg branch.
