Question: are we using and thus do we have feedback on the @ehenneken's ADS webhook endpoint which will live eventually here asclepias/ADS-webhook-service?

This was asked at @ehenneken's request -- since the timeline for webhooks is expected to be after the next broker prototype deployment we can wait till then to answer it.
