Raspberry Pi port #13

This would make the system even cheaper... instead of buying a laptop the money can go into a better display driven by a Pi.

Currently would require omxplayer to play windowed video as per huceke/omxplayer#27. Alternatively could just call omxplayer and have it play fullscreen on top of the interface.

Overclocking the pi might allow good enough playback via mplayer as well.

Sneddie Bonz, you have any free time to look at this?

Any progress on the Raspberry Pi port?

The PI port wasnt possible 5 years ago due to hardware and software constraints. I am working on a fork thats currently in progress running off a Pi 3.

Sorry we didn't get back to you way back when @erynerson, slow development for a few years. Still some interest from the emails we have been getting so hopefully @msearra 's work takes off.
