Solving issue #96 by removing deprecated dirhash command and adding its features to the verify command.

Also added tests and extended the README.

Looks good to me - only thing I'd say is this command might be handy while we iron out the final directory hash algorithm specification. But I'm still fine with this being merged if you'd like
