Rest Pose Broken #1

After Following all the steps ive gotten the fbx from the tool but once i import it into blender the character model is disfigured image_2024-09-06_084446768 in this example its trunks idle ground animation and when i press play the animation plays but the model stays disfigured like this the entire time and im not sure how to fix it or if im doing somthing wrong

just a note, getting tb3 animations in work just fine without issue image_2024-09-07_030918861

when trying to turn a bt3 anm into a spa this error happens, it even happens when taking an rb2 spa and returning it to an spa image
