Fix nullability annotations, documentation.

[ascopes]

• Fixes dozens of nullability issues where JSpecify was not applied correctly, leading to methods marking nullable return values as being non-null.
• Numerous internal issues regarding nullability and signatures have also been fixed.
• Several dozen typos and grammatical errors have been fixed.
• Interfaces provided by OpenJDK that have custom implementations in this library have been overridden at the interface level to inject correct documentation and nullability annotations.
