[CF 1037] Re-Center frame when icon is becomes hidden #1058

I have my icons in the center of my screen, but when one of my icons becomes hidden (for instance, when I change talents to something untracked) the frame stays in the position it would be in as if the icon still existed on the screen.  This leads to the frame being off-center.

I'll show you two screenshots,

The top bar in this screenshot is Weak Auras and the bottom bar is TMW.  After unlearning one of my talents, TMW goes off-center.

TMW didn't go anywhere. It's weak auras that moved. This is intended - TMW groups will always be exactly where you put them, and they won't move on their own.

Oh, that's a bummer. I want my bar on the center of my screen, that's why I anchored it to CENTER, CENTER, 0, 0. A bit silly to have to remove a slot on a bar every time conditions aren't met in order for it to center properly again.
