Request for resting location option

I play a necrolord whom have the Fleshcraft ability, which I want to display when its ready out in the world. But not when in a safe location like the Seat of the Primus, Oribos, Ve'nari's Refuge or Stormwind.

So far Ive managed it by manually adding a large bunch of locations and giving them all a false tag.

There is already a condition called "Resting".
