Using 9.1.1-bcc of TMW for Burning Crusade Classic.

I have a basic resource bar dedicated to tracking combo points on my current target when playing in cat form. In recent times I have noticed when I use abilities that would generate combo points that this display will commonly not update and become de-synced from the actual combo points that are by default shown on the target's target bar.

When a combo point generating ability is used 1 combo point is generated (2 if the ability critically hits). The combo point bar I created in TMW should match the combo point display on the blizzard target bar for the enemy. Instead, there is a discrepancy between the two displays with the blizzard display being correct.

Additional information:

• I noticed this only recently, in the last few weeks; it is possible that the issue only appeared in the most recent update.
• If I shift out and back into cat form, the combo point display will be updated to the correct number 100% of the time.
