[Bug]: Spell Phoenix Flames not listed in TMW #1946

Describe the bug

Hello there,

the Mage spell Phoenix Flames is not listed in the german client (perhaps in other clients too).

It is not findable with the name, only if you drag the icon directly in the window you will get the ID without having it available in the suggestion-window from TMW.
