Describe the bug

I'm unable to change the default color of red for any notifications created (buffs/debuffs/cooldowns, etc). For example, I'd like my notification to be a blue screen flash for blink, but I'm unable to open the color selector and change from the default red. I believe I'm unable to change any color for any notification - they're all stuck at default. tmw bug

Update: CurseForge said I had the most recent version when, in fact, I did not. Updating manually to 10.0.1 solved the issue :)
