[CF 368] Metaicons within metaicons not working #390

Metaicons within metaicons stopped working with the last update. Is this intended? Is there some other function that is supposed to replace this? Or is it just a bug?

Probably a bug. I did break it once (while i was implementing the feature to allow meta icons to check a whole group), but fixed it right after, and I thought it was working after that.

The first picture shows r331. Note in the center there is a Charge and a Mortal Strike icon.

The second picture is r333. Charge is still visible, because it's just a normal icon within a metaicon. Mortal Strike however is absent where the red box now is. In the yellow box you can see both metaicons that should feed into the center. They are clearly functional. The Rend-metaicon should be hiding behind Charge, but once I go into meleerange and Charge disappeares, Rend is also absent.
