[CF 606] Inconsistent Opacity on cooldowns #628

I have a couple of meta icons that show the buff duration followed by the CD.
Opacity is set to 100% for the buff duration and while the CD is available, to 80% while not usable.
Example Rapid fire:

Buff:
^1^T^SType^Sbuff ^SName^S3045 ^SFakeHidden^B ^SShowTimerText^B ^SEnabled^B ^t^N60206^S~`~| ^Sicon^^
CD:
^1^T^SType^Sbuff ^SName^S3045 ^SFakeHidden^B ^SShowTimerText^B ^SEnabled^B ^t^N60206^S~`~| ^Sicon^^

Meta icon:
^1^T^SType^Smeta ^SIcons^T ^N1^STellMeWhen_Group7_Icon5 ^N2^STellMeWhen_Group7_Icon6 ^t^SEnabled^B ^t^N60206^S~`~| ^Sicon^^

The problem occurs once the spell comes off cooldown, the opacity wont change back to 100%.
Tested it with other cooldowns and it doesn't have to be a meta icon normal cooldown tracking works (or rather don't) the same.

On a side note is 80% brighter than before? Used it in the older version and it was paler than now.

Your buff and cooldown export strings are exactly the same.

But, before responding, please upgrade to the latest alpha (http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/tellmewhen/files/) and see if this fixes the problem. I'm willing to bet that it will.
