[CF 901] Overwriting feral bleeds question #923

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out how to use Lua conditions to display an icon for feral druid as follows:

"Display rip icon IF new rip damage would be 15% better than current rip damage."

Something like this is a bit beyond the scope of TMW. This mechanic is also being removed in Warlords of Draenor (every DoT tick will use your current stats instead of all ticks of an application of a DoT using the stats you had when it was applied), so it's not something I would put into TellMeWhen as a feature.
