Removes the now-decommissioned asdf-unit-schemas from the list of dependencies and updates the CI to:

no longer test asdf-unit-schemas
remove asdf-wcs-schemas and asdf-coordinates-schemas (which aren't dependencies) from requirements-dev.txt
