Tracking `sunpy` 6.0 and ASDF 1.6.0 #1775

As noted in https://github.com/sunpy/sunpy/pull/7432#issuecomment-2010460166

The sunpy schema updates to support ASDF standard 1.6.0 are scheduled for sunpy 6.0.

If that version is not out before asdf 4.0 (or whatever version switches 1.6.0 as default) we'll have to either backport the above PR or in some other way verify the default switch (or deal with the compatibility in some other way).

6.0 is delayed and may not occur until 6.1 (Nov 2024). @nabobalis mentioning backporting and tagging a release as needed if we get started on (and make a release for) 4.x.
