Add notes of ref install #107

I have some troubles with ref:v1.11.4 on arch linux, mac os Big Sur. When i look at erlang libraries for compiling i understand what it must work for me, and it is.

Thanks for the PR @MIIIG, however, I do not think this addition is helpful as it does not:

Indicate why one would need to install xsltproc and fop libraries
Why this is important for Elixir (it seems like this might fit the Erlang readme better)
What OS/version combinations this applies to

If this is something important that needs to go in the readme please answer the following questions and open an issue.
