Add the following:

Github action to release when pushed to main, release-**
Add signed images in artifacthub.

You can verify chart signing with gpg --verify command.

I have added a new file under workflow, which may also push to artifacthub. Keep me updated whether this will cause problems and conflict with existing jekyll-hg-pages.yml.
