The goal of this PR is to avoid potential friction points encountered by regular latex users when onboarding this tool.

Make explicit the scope of the alias.
Add the common-use command pdflatex command.

We need to use the command pdflatex instead of pdftex

Absolutely, feel free to utilize any of the provided examples as per your wishes. They are meant to serve as a guidance, and not as rigid codes to follow.

To be clear, the alias is not broken as you mention in your PR. If in the future you decide that you have to use xelatex, I won't update this README.md.

You were right about not merging the PR as it was before. Indeed, the alias was not broken, I was attempting to use it against the wrong type of file.

I have modified the title, the body and the content.
