approximately two hours after the application starts, stops the application 
without stating the reason windows xp.

Seems this app use an old version of CrashRpt and CrashRpt is incorrectly 
configured. You should contact to livestream procaster's vendor and ask them 
for help. Possibly they should upgrade to a newer version of CrashRpt.
