Crash in webshld.dll #683

This crash happens due to a memory corruption caused by the webshld.dll that 
resides in the Windows\System32 directory.
The dll is installed by "Rising Personal Firewall QQ" from 
http://www.rising.com.cn/

The bug is not in TortoiseSVN but in this webshld.dll.

Maybe an update of that 'security' product might help.
