Support dark and light themes #3

There is a tension between the game needs and the educational needs. In the first one, for the sake of immersion, a dark theme is optimal. In the second one, to match the educational paper metaphore and to ease screenshots, a light theme is optimal.

This work is ongoing, but the colors of the light theme do not work really well yet.
