Filter Projects

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BVC
2. Point it at a CCNET server
3. Run it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have 35 small projects on this CCNET server and so I have a lot of very 
small boxes.  Would like ability to easily pick or filter projects from 
BVC config.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
