Support for Govee Bluetooth Meat Thermometer (H5182, H5183)? #37

I've loved this plugin for my H5072 & H5075 thermometer's.

Any chance of it working with the bluetooth meat thermometer's? I just purchased a one of each of the following. One for my smoker and one for my pool. I'd be thrilled it I could get them connected to homebridge like my other Govee devices.

@jimiamoore If your H5182 / H5183 doesn't work out of the box, in all likelihood some changes to the plugin are required.

Great place to start is to follow the steps I provided here for a request to add support for H5101: https://github.com/asednev/homebridge-plugin-govee/issues/10#issuecomment-751133143

If you can provide raw payloads from your H5182 / H5183 sensors, I would be happy to expand the support for them.
