Go ahead and give your views on the topic guys. Including you @rohanvtk I know you unwatched the repo, I am guessing the same reason.
Whatever you guys decide, I am game for it. I usually keep tabs on everything through GitHub notifications. I do want to meet all developers working on the repository, this upcoming Thursday. Pick a location, coordinate a meet and let me know afterward.
well, I agree, Github is not a platform for discussion. Thoughts @rohanvtk ?
I would suggest Telegram. Everyone here is on Telegram and it has an app for desktops as well. @swarnimarun @vipulgupta2048
@rohanvtk The same applies to the other platforms I mentioned. But as Telegram is the preferred choice let me make a group.
Ok created, https://t.me/joinchat/KDFmCRdcpJrASFp5pKVaCA
Should I add this groups join link to the readme file? @swarnimarun
well, I agree, Github is not a platform for discussion.
@Sc0rpi0n101 On the contrary, Github is amongst the best platforms for discussions, the problem I see it not everyone is as active on here like some of us. Also because of the direct integration with email, it makes using GitHub even simpler and easier.
@rohanvtk Sure go ahead, but please also remember to change the link once the groups link changes in a few days after setup.
Sure! @swarnimarun 👍
Closing as it's done.
I think GitHub is a nice place but very few of us are overly active and here. And it's usually linked to our Emails, so it becomes a source for spam in case of long-winded conversations.
So I propose we discuss the progress on a separate platform on which everyone is and can be active. If it was not for the lack of good android app Gitter or IRC would have been my first choice.
Thus my current choices will be Discord or Telegram, we can also use Whatsapp but I don't recommend it.
