Trashing Hugo, bring in the alternatives #56

After months of correcting, committing, documenting the right way to do things, people have finally woken up to the shit that is Hugo. I recommend to bring in the alternatives so that the work can progress further.

Wordpress.org will be the alternative and the platform being used for ALiAS Writes 2.0 Closing if no further comments. We can start a new issue for Roadmap.
