Added posters to all events.
Renamed all folders to the google drive format to enable good old copy/paste for maintaining the two folders. :)

Do not rename the directories and files deviating from the current format. A lot of factors affecting usage of Git have been kept in mind, such as ease of use, formats accepted on different OS regarding special characters, etc. It would be better to rename the drive folders according to this repository's format, as this is more scalable and needs to be user-friendly.
