[Feature] Add a tentative date field in Issue Template #64

I was going over some issues for various events and talks and thought that it might need a new field for the issuer where he/she can add a date of his/her choice.

In my opinion dates are fluid and need to be negotiated by the volunteer team/speaker(s), especially when speakers are external. Having tentative dates might deliver little value with the volatile nature of availability and circumstances.

For the open issues right now we'll need to ask the speakers if they're still willing to take those talks and try to schedule them. We can use comments to start those conversations.

Theres sense in what your saying. How about updating it after the date has been finalised. To give a give overhead to someone new and spare them the long comment chain.
