What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The software a few months ago, there was working normally, but i don't know 
what's happening now. it doesn't work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 15 (2011-03-07) Windows 7 Home Premium

Error: [Errno 8] _ssl.c:490: EOF occurred in violation of protocol
