Had to reshuffle some code to accommodate ERS data that does not have… #418

… a SAR block in the metadata (since it is raw data). Reading the information out of the GAMMA par file now. Had to determine orbit and frame number from a filename (Yikes!) because the par files were inconsistent about all that.
