Travis tests cannot be frozen to 3.3.3 (what ST3 uses) #4

Travis.CI do not build each and every python version, see the issue for Python 3.3.3.

An alternative solution could be to install anaconda (or maybe pyenv) and get that version in before_install section.

latest ST3 build 3114 uses 3.3.6 now 😭
