The enclosure top doesn't provide room for the throttle-arm to hit the top magnet. Even for the vertical magnet, the throttle-arm contacts the enclosure due to a bit of overshoot/inertia.
Design is modified. The arm should be able to move to the last position now. Contact with the casing will still be possible, but maybe that's a separate issue.
