Proposal: "Open Source" at UCSD #10

I propose that we call the org Open Source at UCSD. I think that it's pretty simple, easy to tell what we do from the name itself, and is pretty generic for whatever we want to do.

As far as I can tell, there's no org at UCSD that uses "open source".

I think we were also considering "Triton Open Source", but for me personally, I like shorter names and I don't want "Triton" to put off non-UCSD students from contributing

This will also close #1

As of now this has 9 👍 , so I'll merge it in - if anyone wants to change the name, we can still accept PR's up until we turn in the constitution!
