For this PR, membership is open to any UC San Diego undergrad who "demonstrates interest" in order to become a member of this club.
The language is a little open, but I envision "demonstrate interest" as signing up to become a member.
Some open questions that will be answered later:
Which board member keeps track of who's a member of not? I'd say it depends on #17 or #16 - if a secretary is added as an officer, then it would be them, else the vice president.
Could someone be removed as a member? I sure hope so. Imagine if a member joins, and that member is abusive, destructive, and makes the open source community feel exclusive. I feel that in that case, the board should have the power to remove that member.
One approach to solve this, we have a Code of Conduct (like this) where, if a member fails to follow the Code, then the President/other board members could vote to remove then (or a probation period or something).
