Proposing Addition of PR Chair to handle all marketing, and outreach in order to increase visibility across all majors, and class levels; and generate interest.

Thanks a ton for this! Ill share this in #new-club tomorrow morning.

I'm in favor of this, for the following reasons:

a PR chair would help make our programs/events more inclusive by making sure ALL interested students know about them (rather than just the "regular" members)
It'll take some load off the project/workshop/events chair
Having a unified brand over all of our work (repos, slideshows, flyers, social media, etc.) would be SUPER helpful
With a PR chair, we'd have like ~7 positions, which wouldnt be too bad

Would love to hear any other opinions about this!
