This PR (currently as a draft) includes our mission into the constitution. Currently, our mission is:

"To build an inclusive open source community at UC San Diego."

This reason that this is a draft is because I'm open to expanding on this mission. Some parts we may want to include:

Answer the question "What will org members get out of being part of this org?"
How will our org complete that mission?
What other qualities should the community have?
