iOS KYC no upload file option #52

buy/sell section

When I perform KYC on the iPad and my old iphone (also 12.4.8), it only allows to take a photo and doesn't give the 2nd option of uploading image files.

There needs to be the 2nd option to upload of files in iOS. Does this option work for newer / latest iOS?

the iOS app on my iPad Mini 2 and iPhone (both version 12.4.8)

there is still no way to clear this out... I will have to use a bit more time to sort it out

I got the same issue on iPhone 6s, 13.6.1 iOS, App Ver 0.5.2. For me it seems a issue from OPIBIS IVR! Because it shows that in an inlay browser!

And if i click on Capture Image it only loads the camera, i can activate flash or not but im not able to upload a file or picture from my photos.

I just noticed that the option is there once you reach the utility bill part. Somehow this is working later in the process.

After checking out many different ways, I could validate that this behaviour was intentional on the side of aver... Since they make and provide the forms, they made and provide the methods that show the camera option or the file option... what I could see is that they are trying to only allow the camera on selfie, since you should post a selfie of yourself and not a photo you have from other source, but I am not sure if because of the way we made fixes for the plugin and modify it, or just the normal behaviour of android, we are getting the "unexpected result" that we can also upload a file on android. So let me know your thoughts about it. Should we keep trying to circumvent the measures of aver so we provide the option that wasn't intended? do we seek a fix for the unexpected result of having the upload option on android?
