Acc details not being visible/created #72

Describe the bug

New account has been set up multiple times and acc ID is not shown or been created. No Data No Data

well that's weird.. I will need the full issue template filled.. with this information only is not possible to reproduce.

We cant recreate the issue otherwise I would have given you more than that. The user followed the steps and this is what happened 3 times. I appreciate you need more info but for now I logged the bug so you are aware. It hasn't happened to anyone else so we will have to see if it happens again to more users. What more information can I get you in the future?

Just the standard from the issue template... so far that's proven enough... some steps to reproduce the issue, details about context, and device, in other words just follow the template... In this case I tried with 4 different android devices I have in handy... but it seems the only way to reproduce in this case would be to get an Honor 9 device since it is the only thing that we could single out. If at some point I would be able to get this kind of device and test, and for some instance won't be able to reproduce the issue even then, that's when we would feel the lack of the details and when we would really need them.
