[ADD] Handling for no internet connection #74

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a user has no internet connection, on launch the app hangs at "Connecting to Blockchain"

Describe the solution you'd like Detect or create timeout for connections to occur. When connection is not detected or timeout occurs, show a pop-up notification to alert users that connection failed

It needs more work. I will try to get it ready for next upcoming version

there are more stuff to deal with still... so this is still buggy and not viable to be on testing yet.

Is this ready to be tested? Because if yes, it doesn't work.

However, if the connections come back while the login circle is spinning the app catches up and logs you in 👍

I'm sorry. It's my fault for leaving the test... when we realized that was very unstable we didn't include this fix in the 0.5.4 and move it for next version, I should have removed the test label then.

we need to work out more this... the plugin we need to use produce many unintended behaviours.
