We need to figure which accounts have a successful link to an op. We see people who have no destination tag reported and if we can identify them, it will allow us to reach out to figure why.

We need to be able to create a report that can be exported into excel that gives us the following info:
accountid | full name | email | operator registration | deposit account | destination tag
