Updates the header appearance - since we're only working with 2 items, they've been centered in the bar, and styled to indicate what page the user is currently looking at - for the time being this style appears just fine on desktop and mobile
Adds revalidate for every 15 minutes on the 2 server component pages - I need to consider how I want revalidating/caching to work in this project
