style overhaul #35

This work simplifies CSS where possible, adds some new colors, gets rid of UI elements we didn't need, and some more.

At this point I need to add in some icons - which I'll probably just make available locally in the project.

Then I want to add some routing, a landing page, and introduce lists.

Looking a tiny bit christmas-y - but we'll see what some icons and more gray tones do to the overall feel. I like green because I associate that with "fresh" especially when it comes to food 🤷‍♀️
