Bread Oven #231

Bread oven tripped its internal circuit breaker tonight. Did not trip main. I have reset and it appears to be running fine.

Buy thermometer to test temp. Write sign instructing staff of correct temp and time. For cookies and bread.

@jmt Bought a temperature gauge. Tested oven settings. Dial has to be on 400 to reach an internal temperature of 350. Have made a sign to inform staff of the correct bake times and settings.
