Not fogging up. Bread taking noticeably longer to proof. Put humidity up to 5. Usually sits on 4. Will report back later today.

Can get a small amount of condensation. Seems as though the humidity won't get above 2. The light will only flick off when the dial is turned back to 2.

Turbofan SUB32 Element in proofer is not heating up. Either element is not functioning, or thermostat is not functioning. Will test tonight. Am ordering spare parts from Moffet today.

Tested wet element. V~ red on red. Black on black. Got 240v This means element is Definately faulty. Will replace when spare arrives

The parts allegedly arrived 19/7 but staff told driver we were not waiting for anything. There was only healthy choices on address. I have asked Moffat to update their systems to say Subway north Rockhampton. Ask to speak to Natalie. Janine is a bitch. Ph. 03 9518 3888

Parts are still in Rockhampton depot. Should be delivered tomorrow.

Have been charged an additional $86.17 to what the invoice says. Sent email.

Replaced wet element. Proofer is working well. Still need to call Moffat and chase up over charge.
